Wes began his career in finance before switching to healthcare in a search for work that was more fulfilling and impactful. He spent 8 years leading large teams in delivering value-based care at HealthCare Partners, DaVita, and Optum most recently as Vice President of Operations. He has experience leading primary care as well as specialty, ambulatory surgery, urgent care, and infusion services. He is committed to creating incredible patient experience, enabling top clinical quality, and fostering a great place to work. Wes did his undergrad at BYU and completed an MBA at UVA’s Darden School of Business. Personally, he and his wife Aubrey are raising 5 children and spending as much time outside as possible.
