Our team has the training, skills and experience in delivering top-quality, stress-free infusion care and support. Our fully licensed infusion nurses are adept in administering a wide range of infusion therapies. Nurses get to know patients 1-on-1. They listen to your unique situation and help you feel at ease, explaining what to expect and delivering pain-free needle sticks. Our administrative professionals have the know-how and savvy to navigate approvals, identify sources of patient financial assistance, and reduce scheduling, billing and other frustrations.
Safety
You won’t have to sit in a waiting room or crowded infusion centers. Patients have contactless check-in and are guaranteed their own spotless, thoroughly disinfected room. Registered nurses prepare patients for infusion treatment and monitor patients throughout infusion sessions in our quiet, peaceful atmosphere. We closely monitor and adhere to all local,state and federal safety protocols and COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
Comfort
Our goal is to not just treat patients but to pamper them. We create a cheerful, relaxing and restorative environment. During each infusion session, patients enjoy a cheerful, private suite with an oversized leather recliner and endless supply of warm blankets. Additionally, each suite includes a range of entertainment options, including flatscreen TVs, Wi-Fi, movie channels, and iPads. Complimentary snacks and beverages are also available.
Convenience
Patients can enjoy hassle-free appointment scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling. Our team understands that patients can’t always meet an 8a – 5p infusion schedule, and we always strive to be accommodating. We proactively work with you to complete all necessary paperwork prior to your appointment and Plan for Your Visit. Our Locations are centrally located near major medical facilities in the community. Parking is easy and free. We’re ready for you when you arrive. We greet you by name and bring you to your suite so you can just sit back, relax, and get your infusion.
Assistance with insurance and costs
Our state-of-the-art infusion therapy facilities deliver the same treatment as a hospital outpatient infusion center but at a significantly lower cost. Additionally, we deal with the complexities of insurance so you don’t have to. Our in-house patient advocates complete all necessary verifications and authorizations before your first visit. We are a participating provider with Medicare and most insurance carriers. We explore drug assistance programs, rebates and other financial assistance opportunities to minimize patient out-of-pocket costs. Our payment process is easy, and we make sure that patients do not have any surprise expenses during their infusion therapy.
Close collaboration
We see ourselves as an extension of your care team. We work with our patients to understand your unique situation and treatment experience. We closely partner with each patient’s referring physician, including proactively sharing clinical notes about your treatment, to ensure continuity of care and help patients achieve their health goals.
