During your appointment, our friendly and experienced medical staff will monitor you closely; to make this possible and allow you to get the attention and care you deserve, we keep our patient-to-staff ratio low.
Please note that we require a physician’s referral to schedule an appointment. Your doctor can provide this referral directly through our convenient physicians’ referral portal and we will be glad to work with you and your doctor to get your appointment scheduled.
SAFETY, COMFORT, AND CONVENIENCE
Patients who require infusions and injections to treat their chronic illnesses should not have to get their treatment in a cold and sterile environment. This belief is what inspired us to open Infusion for Health—so we could provide needed treatments in a warm and caring location staffed with friendly medical personnel. We also believe in the importance of keeping our patients as relaxed and comfortable as possible during your appointment. When you arrive at our Thornton location, your appointment will take place in a private suite that features warm blankets, Wi-Fi and a smart TV, along with complimentary snacks and beverages.
When your appointment is over, we will follow up with you and ask for feedback to ensure that you were satisfied with your experience; this will allow us to continually improve our service. We will also share your treatment notes with your physician to help with continuity of care.
