Megan is Infusion for Health’s Vice President of People Operations. In her role, she is charged with developing and executing the people and culture strategy at Infusion for Health. Megan focuses on talent management, development, and acquisition, as well as strategic business partnership. She brings over 12 years of HR experience at high-growth and startup organizations. Most recently, Megan was Vice President of Global Human Resources with The HydraFacial Company, leading an integral function and scaling the organization from 100 domestic employees to over 1000 employees around the globe. Before that, she held roles in the medical device and technology spaces at Glaukos Corporation and Alphaeon.
